If there’s any AAPI business worth highlighting, it’s Oleego.  Created by Jenee Kim, her mission was to create an affordable and accessible way to bring the most authentic and delicious Korean food from the original Parks bbq menu to the table. Oleego means to Lay On in Korean, where you can “lay on” your proteins, sides, and sauces atop a rice base.  I love it because no matter what you order, it’s not only a fast and easy grab n go, it’s so hearty and flavorful with enough for leftovers!

Reliably great. Good selection of proteins. Wish they had at least one side dish included with the bowl but still delicious anyway.
