is under new ownership. There was a recently a passing of the torch from prolific restaurateur family.

The same classic ramen flavors can be found but there’s also new items and sushi spot. The sushi is made by Chef Hiramatsu from Japan who has over 30 years kaiseki experience. The sushi quality is excellent and is welcome addition to the State Street Market food hall. Definitely going to go back to try other items they have.

The omakase menu is reservation only and includes hot tea, multiple appetizers and an entree. The seating time holds 6 people at once.
The menu is crafted by Chef Hiramatsu, who has 30 years of Kaiseki experience in Japan and the Orenchi team. The quality of the ingredients and fish are in an authentic Japanese menu, so this is must try experience in the Bay Area.
