great poolside spot for brunch 🌴🥂 located inside the Cosmopolitan hotel, there’s plenty of inside & outside seating & nice views. the churro waffle & crab rolls are must-tries! i also loved the “Living My Best Life” spritz. brunch is served daily until 2:30pm.
