The Huey: loved the brisket, beef cheeks, and ribs. Some items vary week to week since they use trimmings to make their burgers and sausages! Go on Fridays & Saturdays for the full BBQ menu + go early because items sell out and there’s a wait. It’s a trek out to Smyrna, but the items we tried made it worth it!! Park in the lot in back, scan the QR code, and go inside for validation before paying! *2hrs free
