Don't call it pizza! Pala, located in east Buckhead, is one of the only places in town that serves authentic Roman pinsa (a close cousin of traditional pizza). Pinsa are lighter and healthier than equivalent pizza, but just a flavorful. Pala serves six versions of pinsa, Italian sandwiches and a few pastries. They also have a mini-gelato station for satisfying desserts.
