The food, wine, and ambiance at Palat are fantastic. They start you off with warm, fresh bread served and olive oil/vinegar. As an appetizer we ordered the grilled calamari. The cacio e pepe is a must - served tableside in a cheese wheel(see video). It’s so tasty and perfect it’s the only thing I order when I’m there, although I tried my friend’s risotto once which was also good. This place is great for a date night or to bring family/friends. Outdoor and indoor seating.
