Palo Santo is one of the newest spots in Atlanta and, for us, the aesthetic and vibe matched the food. With a blend of Mexican, Japanese and southern flavors, the menu led us to the Tlayuda which was the highlight of the night. However, the menu is expensive with dishes that seem to lean on creativity without being filling. Great drinks though, intimate atmosphere, and a cool rooftop with a DJ.
