Nothing says Summer-Time-Chi like a rooftop and summery cocktails! Pandan is a new Asian fusion restaurant on the 18th floor of the Viceroy Hotel in Chicago’s Gold Coast. 

🍹 Def get the Parched Puffer cocktail - vodka, guava, lemongrass, sherry, soda. Served in their iconic puffer fish glass!
🦞 Lobster dumplings come in a creamy coconut curry sauce 
🍟 Nori fries were meh - expected more Nori

Drinks with a view always taste better. Pandan on the 18th floor of the Viceroy Hotel has swanky vibes and beautiful cocktails. Perfect spot for a happy hour or late night drink. Yummy eats and great service. Would definitely go back
