I had an incredible dining experience at Papa San. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtfully crafted and beautifully executed.

The scallop with dragon fruit and yuzu kosho was a standout—perfectly The pairing of tropical sweetness with the subtle spice of yuzu kosho was nothing short of genius. The wagyu tri-tip with yuzu béarnaise was equally unforgettable! mussels with S&B curry, aji amarillo, and coconut. This dish was comforting yet vibrant, with a broth so flavorful!
