1/28/26 Can you tell that I’m heavily invested in my bakery series this week? Oh my, this mocha cake takes the cake, literally & figuratively (and pardon the pun). It’s super moist & fluffy (great texture) delicious! A bit too sweet when you bite into the icing but it’s tasty nonetheless.
