Italian chef-owner, Michela Tartaglia serves authentic Italian,homemade pasta,inspired by Pacific Northwest ingredients and flavors. I had the ‘From the Farm’:Pappardelle with Elk Ragu with a side of chili oil, and WOW-this was,hands down, one of the best plates of pasta I’ve EVER had!They offer only 5 pasta dishes,and the menu rotates weekly.This hidden gem sits in the heart of downtown Seattle, proving that exceptional food can exist even in the most touristy spots. A MUST for pasta lovers!
