My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary with a visit to Pasta Ramen, which showcases Wafu Italian: a hybrid of Japanese and Italian styles. My favorite dishes of the night were Uni Carbonara and Karaage Polenta. It's a style that I recommend people try at least once!
