Pattern Bar on 9th street in DTLA is a cool little spot perfect for happy hour. I’ve been here once during the day and decided to try my luck around 9pm last night. The DJ cancelled so they were not packed like I expected. I got the into the tropics margarita and the Pineapple Express and some French fries. My total after tip was $35~. I was told happy hour is everyday 4-8pm and tacos are $3 while drinks are $10. I'd recommend this spot for happy hour but on a regular night at regular prices no.
