The food and drink at Paulie's is amazing! The restaurant is cozy with many tables and an ordering counter...seat yourself upon placing an order. You'll get a buzzer and you can grab your food once its ready...so convenient and easy. The grilled cheese was so delicious and the bread was perfectly buttered and grilled. The meatball sliders were quite tasty too, but the buns were very bready/slightly dry...more sauce would've been great. Will need to come back for their pastas next time. #paulies

It will truly be a sad day on New Year’s Eve 2025 because that is Paulie’s last day in Houston area! This restaurant has been serving up some of the most authentic homemade Italian gems and will truly be missed. You can surely bet I will be there for their last hurrah party!
