Pecan Lodge is, personally, my favorite BBQ in Dallas. They have won a ton of awards! My go to is always burnt ends or the Pitmaster sandwich. Their Tumbleweed cookie is my grandma’s favorite, but next door is also my favorite pie shop (Emporium Pies). Pecan Lodge is in Deep Ellum, which is a super fun area to explore but can get a little wild at night!

This was a fun spot and they had great brisket! The barbecue sauce was perfect as well and wasn’t too sweet. The pickles and onions that came with the brisket were wonderful and fresh. I love the ambience inside as well!
