Picked up a cold horchata oat milk latte from this coffee place. Didn’t like it at all. Super bland and didnt taste like horchata at all.

Peet's is a UTC staple. strong coffee for the true coffee lover. not much sweetness but you can add your own. they cater for large groups too. they get busy but you can usually find seating.
