Great Peet’s location in UTC with plenty of space to study or work. Wi-Fi is reliable, and the atmosphere is calm. Highly recommend the pistachio rose latte—it’s surprisingly good.

Love their Major D’s brew! Pastries here are a good selection and fresh. Mostly students hang out here to study since it’s part of UCI’s town center.
