Penguin Fish and Chips offers some of the best fried fish in La County. 
The fish is always perfectly fried in clean oil and well seasoned. 
I ordered the Catfish Fillet lunch special which includes 3 large pieces of Catfish fillet, Fries, and a Roll.  
If you’re searching for delicious and perfectly fried seafood. I would recommend Penguin Fish and Chips.
