La Jolla native with Peruvian roots. Trained in Peru and at the Culinary Institute of America (NY), with experience at COI, Rich Table, and Eleven Madison Park during its World’s Best Restaurant run. Formerly of Herb & Wood. 

I came specifically to try the lomo saltado burro, and it did not disappoint. I’ll be back to try other items and baked goods.
