Crenn takes something you think you know, then makes a twist. Like #carrots. A familiar, humble ingredient. But cooked expertly and paired unexpectedly with #tunabelly. This was incredible. And her take on an #afterdinner mint used a local nod to #eucalyptus.

Chef Crenn has multiple restaurants with varying levels of Michelin stars. Petit Crenn is the more casual location, but the food was still great! This squid dish paired with a sourdough English muffin was surprising, but amazing. One course was given without utensils with the intent of taking the food as shooters.
