RUN TO ELMHURST! Phase Three’s food is so good, you’re going to need a date or friend to share with. You’ll want to order everything! The beer, the lumpia, the sweet rolls with ube butter….omg! The burger is fantastic! I wish we had more room to try more good food! Beautiful space, easy parking, and a lovely patio out back.
