12/29/25 It’s all about the bagoong (fermented, salted  tiny shrimp) guisado for the umami flavors 
It’s ALTOGETHER a Filipino staple for pinakbet, late-kare, green mango or anything worth dipping— even grilled or boiled eggplant or bittermelon
