Man when I tell you Pho 43 is my favorite spot to get some pho… I mean it! I always come here with my abuelita and it’s become our little tradition. The food is always so fresh, flavorful, and consistently solid every single time. It’s always packed when we come, so if you can manage to get a table — do it. You will not regret it! The steak pho and egg rolls are my go-to favorites, but this time I also tried the chicken pho and spring rolls and they were amazing too. Comfort food at its finest!
