This place is a must-try. I was feeling under the weather, so I ordered the Pan-fried Rice noodles with beef. The dish was incredible, with crispy noodles, perfectly cooked vegetables, and a rich, savory gravy. The beef broth I got instead of miso soup was a nice surprise—it was light and flavorful. That's some good pho on a chilly day.  Shortrib & Oxtail Pho at Pho Cadao's Escondido location. They have some different items that aren't so common in Pho joints, so we'll be back for more!
