Pho Dakao is a gem for comfort food lovers. My wife swears by their chicken pho and chicken porridge, especially when she’s feeling under the weather—both are flavorful and soothing, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. I opted for the dry noodle pho with dark chicken, and it was a revelation. The tender meat, paired with a rich sauce and caramelized onions, made every bite a delight. The balance of textures and flavors was spot-on.  I feel like I could add this to the regular rotation.
