Try the beef rib & brisket birria pho — super SoCal, super good. Silky noodles, tender beef, rich broth. 🍜

Rice plate was great too. The food is fresh and portion is big here.

Order the steak and brisket pho and a calamansi tea or halo halo! You have several locations all over Manila, so it’s nice to see the Philippine influence in the menu

Yummy pho in Cypress. The food is very nice. Birria pho is amazing. Rice with pork is very good.

Okieee the garlic saute pho was actually quite delicious and flavorful - all bowls are 14.45; tea options are from Jazen tea; Pho Hoa has locations across US and Canada and even has an app; they’re so modern!
