Though I am tempted to just write a bunch of pho puns I'm instead going to be serious and pay respect to the very first pho restaurant in Cincinnati. they've been doing it for years and have been killing it from the start! they recently switched over to carry out only but the food still hits just as hard, especially on these cold winter days. Phocking fantastic.
