Don’t think I’ve ever seen a fried rice with stir fry meats and veggies and fried egg combo quite like this offered anywhere else! I didn’t even know this was a thing but it hit all my Asian cravings. Eggs IN the fried rice already, plus fried egg ON the rice, tons of meat, even Chinese sausage, mushrooms and plenty of vegetables—onions, broccoli, carrots, peas, baby corn, and some cilantro to top it off… huge portions! Needless to say I was stuffed and had to split this meal in two 🐽

Pho Le 1 in Moreno Valley serves up decent Vietnamese food — nothing mind-blowing, but solid and satisfying.

I’ve been to Vietnam, and this place is the real deal. Authentic flavors, generous portions, and Vietnamese-owned. This place is our go-to for brunch! My favorites are their Pork BBQ Vermicelli (#56), Banh Mi, and their Pho! I wonder how they do it but they serve the food fast. The place is clean and always has a nice background music.
