Pho Oh Tasty is probably the most solid pho restaurant you can find in Orange. This time I ordered to-go but the restaurant has plenty of seating. I got the #16 Pho with Rare beef and brisket as well as the #55 Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (Vermicelli with Pork/Egg roll. Trust me, this place hits every time 💯
