Pho Phong Luu is my go-to place for a good warm bowl of pho. The quality is consistently good, and their appetizers (specifically the pork sausage summer roll) never disappoint as well. Highly recommend!

The combination Pho is great (ask for beef oil on side for customizing flavor)

Not as big on the Ban mi here but it’s pretty good. 

Wings are delicious and staff is AMAZING.

Will be back!!

Pho Phong Luu still has my vote for the top banh mi in Austin, even though I have noticed they might be inconsistent with the quality/quantity of the ingredients.
