Homey neighborhood pho and Vietnamese food spot in Port Hueneme, CA. Its alwars packed at lunchtime with all the naval base workers on their lunch break, but service is quick and polite. They make sure to make you feel part of the family.  Only Vietnamese restaurant in ventura county with such an extensive menu and definitely tastes authentic ahd homemade. Pho Saigon a neighborhood treasure. This dish is the rice vermicelli noodle with pork and egg roll. Fresh and light tasting with fresh herbs
