Soup soup soup oh and spring rolls and thai tea!
This definitely hit the spot and probably the best hun bo hue I had in this area.

Great pho spot in Escondido! I got the Rare Steak and Fatty Brisket Pho and definitely preferred the brisket

I have eaten Mongolian Beef at other restaurants and this was (not the best I've ever had but) acceptable. The spring roll with beef is serving at a cooler temperature and the beef was slightly chewy and not pleasant. I order two other dishes to go as takeout allowing for broader assessment of the menu.
