For the Pho Dac Biet, the restaurant allowes the customer to substitute one of the meat types to something else they'd want more of. I got more tripe in exchange for some well done beef flank. (I kinda regretted that decision because for beef balls, they only gave one. So might have been more worth to sub the meatball instead.) Besides that, the large or Superbowl version ($16.50; reg $15 for pho dac biet) is well worth the upgrade/value.

Modest surroundings with many families dining. Takeout was okay, soup base was salty and seemed like it used powder concentrate and eas not freshly brewed.
