Let me tell you…this is perfect for lunch or dinner!! Juicy and succulent grilled pork chops, perfectly charred to perfection, served with white rice topped with a sunny-side egg. That golden runny yolk on top of rice is pure comfort food heaven! The sauce that comes with this dish is divine!! 🍳🍚

🔥 Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi Alert! 🥖 When time’s short, my go-to is Pho Tám Cali’s masterpiece: a bit of spice, a crunch that holds, and pork belly perfection! Unbelievably delicious!! 🌶️🍖 Devoured it on my way to a meeting – the juiciness, the sweetness, every bite, WOW! 🚗 

This spot is a game-changer!

There is a new must-try restaurant in the OC!! You definitely want to save this for later!!

- Pho Tam Cali Special
- Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi
- Matcha Milk Tea

Everything I tried was delicious but my favorites were the Pho Tam Cali Special and Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi. 😍 Can’t wait to go back! 

Definitely my new go-to Vietnamese restaurant. 🍜
