Pho Holic has really good Vietnamese beef noodle soup that tastes just like the Orange County spots. The Tô Xí Quách is especially big and very tasty. The only downside is the wait since we had to wait about 35 minutes to get seated.

after a long wait they finally opened!! it was soft opening when I went so service a little crazy but still good. soup tasted a little lighter compared to oc locations but still good
