My daughter and I just go for the salmon skin rolls, everything else is a bonus.  Seriously, the pork ears are amazing, as is all of the sushi. Hamachi Kama was on the seasonal menu, and we just had to try it. Great value for the price. 
We stumbled upon this place a few years ago when we were an hour down on the waiting list for a different sushi restaurant. I’m so glad that we decided to try out Piranha Izakaya.
