For extraordinary combinations of flavors you can never beat hawaian-inspried Poke bowls.  Poke-chan is nearly on par with Poke Loa which offers similiar cuisine, but Poke-chan offers a wider variety of ingredients and also fried foods like Japanese karage and a more eclectic assortment of dishes.
