Alright I can't say I know what authentic Guatemalan food is, but whenever I rolled into this spot and ask them for the recommendation this is what they suggested. spicy ground beef, on a tostada, with cabbage (yep, cabbage), and a hard boiled egg. I have no idea who came up with this. it is a very weird combination, it tasted... better than you would have expected. I won't say it's a delicacy I'll be returning for, but it's cool to try something new, especially in a sleepy enclave suburb.
