Eating #vegan at Polvos! They have HOMEMADE vegan flour tortillas! Vegetarian items can be made vegan, but I usually stick to the same order because their staff has repeatedly confirmed the ingredients are vegan and contain NO animal products. Here is what I order:
✨chips & salsa 
✨breakfast tacos on homemade flour tortillas with refried beans (contain no lard or bacon), potatoes & mushrooms (cooked in oil), and a side of guac!
Skip the rice which is made with chicken stock.
