It’s deep-fried and was nice and crunchy on the outside. The Ube latte was pretty good, but I would probably get a different flavor next time. They had a bunch of other cool sounding options like Ube pancakes, crepes, and other deep-friend french toasts. They have other items like eggs, sandwiches, omelettes, etc. My friends said their meals were delicious as well.
