In 1983 this was a Bob's Big Boy we left the Big Boy chain in 1987 and became JB's Family Restaurant.  In 1994 Don & Nancy bought the JB's and ran it for 20 years.  They decided to become an independent restaurant and October 5th 2014 they opened the Prescott Junction Restaurant.  In October 2019 the Burtons retired and Jim & Kelley Cabral purchased Prescott Junction.
