I have been in a hot chicken mood. So back at Prince’s yet again. This time at a different location. If you have ever had “Nashville Hot Chicken” then you can thank Prince’s. This is their second location that started the whole hot chicken thing. This to go order was lite mild and was delicious!!! PRO/LOCAL TIP- start off with mild spice level…yes I know you think you had Nashville Hot Chicken until you’ve had it in Nashville. The mild and lite mild is most people’s version of Hot

When mild is considered hot at most locations…Prince’s Hot Chicken it’s extremely hot. Prince’s is the originator of Nashville Hot Chicken. This chicken is not only spicy but it’s well seasoned. This trip we tried our luck at “extra hot” and paid the price physically for it! The originator of Nashville Hot Chicken! This black owned chicken spot has been serving hot chicken for years! It’s not just hot but well seasoned as well! And if you do not have white bread soaking up the grease it does not count! The chicken pictured is lite mild and for most people this is considered hot. #nashvillehotchicken #hotchicken
