A natural wine bar & Italian tapas. Our Italian inspired food highlights a seasonal small plate menu for Aperitivo and Dinner. Our oven fires up “Pinsa Romana”, a Roman Style Pizza with a process that takes up to 72 hours and creates a crust that is crispy & fluffy. I must go back for happy hour. The bill was about $50. I got the potatoes with truffle aïoli and the spicy Calabrese pizza. It was so delicious that I had more left over. The slices were huge. She got a aperol spritz.
The waiter was very nice, and the server was pleasant as well. I parked a block away, and they validate for two hours. It is a little small inside, but they have a patio as well. They have a bunch of wines on the wall and a little bar area.

Yesterday, we stopped by Propaganda Wine Bar for a quick bite, and wow, the appetizers did not disappoint. We started with the sausage infused with truffle—rich, savory, and packed with flavor. Then came the anchovies, and trust me, they were a delightful surprise, bursting with umami goodness. To top it all off, I grabbed a glass of bubbly to relax after a long Saturday. It was just the perfect way to end the day—delicious food and a little celebration in a glass!
