Not your average greasy taco joint!  Owner is from Guadalajara, and chef is from Zacatecas, so they've been working on a menu featuring cuisine from all around Mexico. We got to try several dishes before they have their grand opening mid-September, and we were impressed!  Quality ingredients and preparation that didn't leave us feeling bloated or uncomfortable even though we ate A LOT 😆
