## About
Q-BBQ is an authentic, yet chic BBQ restaurant with enormous flavors and spirit infused in our smoked meats and from scratch dishes. Although our menu is simple and comfortable, it is far from ordinary.

We rub our meats with a homemade 13 spice blend before smoking them, low and slow, for up to 22 hours over hickory and apple wood. Try our Memphis Baby Back Ribs, smoked for 5 hours, or our Brisket Burnt Ends, smoked twice for a total of 24 hours, to taste the great care we put into our meats.

Our sides are creative and scrumptious, including our 4-cheese Mac-Q-Roni and smoked Baked Beans. We serve up four unique sauces: Memphis Sweet, Texas Spicy, North Carolina Vinegar, and South Carolina Mustard. Made in our kitchen from scratch daily, they will make your mouth water in pure lust.
