Qamaria Yemeni Coffee uses their own locally and uniquely sourced coffee blends, and the coffee is made at very high temperatures by a skilled barista. I almost burnt my tongue as I was overeager to taste their coffee, which was top-notch. The chocolate-covered strawberries were prepared fresh, and was perhaps the finest indulgence on their menu aside from the similarly-prepared cheesecake - fluffy, light, and bursting with flavor. I'll definitely be visiting some of their locations in Illinois.
