Rakkan Ramen at Anaheim Garden Walk! Good selection of ramen here! Got the Garnet miso! Aburi scallops were also pretty good.

This place is a must-try! The location is amazing, and the food is incredible. We had a birthday dinner there, and it was an absolute delight. The staff and service were impeccable. We tried the creamy ramen and the spicy cucumber, and both were delicious.
