I got the pearl ramen and the broth was very clean. I enjoyed it however the seating was very intimate because its such a small store.

Rakkan Ramen in Redondo Beach is one of my all time favorite ramen spots! (They have locations in DTLA and Long Beach too!) I love how their ramen is made out of 100% plant based broth!
