If you haven't been to Raku in Las Vegas, you should!!
This place is proper fine dining as a Las Vegas local... The owner Chef Endo is the pioneer of Japanese high quality restaurant in Las Vegas local. opened up Omakase "Endo" next door recently.
I visited here as our 8th anniversary with my husband.
I fell in love with their Kobe Style beef Fillet!! It was amazingly tasty melt in my mouth!!
Usually comes with Wasabi. 
and the Scallop! seasoned very well so I wanted to drink them all!

Raku is one of my favorite Japanese Restaurant in Las Vegas!! And very authentic high quality!!

I'm so grateful that we got the private area for family quality time!!

Not just it's fresh, their execution was amazing!
I recommend to order

Kobe style beef Filet(usually come with Wasabi. I don't like it. so I order without...)
Agedashi Dofu
Blue fin Tuna Sashimi

etc...

love to be back anytime!!
