The texture is just perfect! It is a bit pricey but broth is very clear and warms up your soul instantly. ### pgm_food — 4.5/5 · Nov 16, 2024 Niku hot udon 🍜 includes beef short rib, honeycomb tripe, and beef tendon. It reminded me of chinese beef noodle soup. The broth was light with deep beef flavor. The udon noodles were the perfect texture. Ebiten udon 🍤 a dashi based broth with shrimp tempura, eggplant tempura and a salted plum on the side. The tempura batter was so light a salted plum on the side. The tempura batter was so light and crispy and paired well with the broth. Salmon Sushi 🍣 salmon, roe and lemon #fallfinds ### munchwithashley — 5.0/5 · Jul 22, 2024 Can’t go wrong with this amazing udon spot! They have a summer special which I had to try! Crab miso udon was so light and refreshing. Has a hint of yuzu flavor and it was just perfect for a hot summer day. If you like savory, go for their buta pork belly udon. Also light and refreshing that is topped with a drizzle of “Shabu” dressing. ### jlw3079 — 5.0/5 · Oct 29, 2025 Gyunan ### eri_delicious — 5.0/5 · Dec 17, 2023 Raku is the perfect cozy spot for soul-warming udon and other Japanese bites. It’s ALWAYS crowded, so be prepared to wait if you don’t have a reservation ### munchwithashley — 5.0/5 · Dec 20, 2024 My favorite spot for udon! Tried this snow crab egg drop soup and I fell in love. Craving it the moment I see their bowls of udon! #5daysofHolidays ### jlw3079 — 5.0/5 · Dec 3, 2024 So chewy and comforting ### chengy.eats — 5.0/5 · Oct 13, 2025 Probably the best udon I've had! Make a reservation to skip the long wait ### nicosico — 4.3/5 · Dec 7, 2025 11/6/25 - Was estimated ~25 min wait time for a party of 3 at lunch time. 1+ hrs & a "Your table is ready" text later? Still waiting. They prematurely sent the text assuming the previous people would finish up soon. It was frustrating that the wait time was extremely inaccurate & we were told our table was ready when it wasn’t. Nabeyaki Udon ($31): chicken, sea eel, fish cake, mushroom, sansai, egg & 2 shrimp tempura. Pricy, but high quality & large portion size. Service: 2.5/5 Food taste: 4/5
